Rick's Wheres George Home Page

Welcome to my home page!  I started Georging in Feburary, 2003.  Since then I have amassed 235,000 plus bills of various denominations from one to one hundred dollars. I have also designed the rectangle stamp featured on all my bills!  The stamp is available by calling Custom Stamp Makers. 14901  Brookpark Road in Parma, Ohio.  216-351-1470 or you can obtain one online at    Stamp-Connection.com

Here are a few examples of my stamp on bills

OPERATION KOOL-AIDE

                   Last Updated: 9/19/06

History of Operation Kool Aide

Operation Kool-Aide is an attempt to bring Americans together in the theme of Supporting our Deployed Troops; those in Iraq, Kuwait and Afghanistan by sending care packages to select points of contact for distribution throughout the Middle East... getting a card or letter to a home sick Soldier, Sailor, Airman or Marine that would - if just for a brief moment - let them know that we care about them and their health, wellness and readiness in a combat situation. Prayers are our # 1 offering to these Brave Souls, and after our Prayers comes the time, effort and energy involved in the sending of a little bit of Americana to the Troops;  Kool-Aid, Jerky, Hard Candy, chewing Gum, Lip Balm, Moisturizer, and the list goes on and on...

OKA got its start in July 2003 when Ralph was at his favorite Hobby: Where's George reading through the Northeast FORUMS... he noticed a posting by Terri that sent thanks to a friend for the can of presweetened Kool Aid they had sent her. She was in Kuwait at the time, stationed at the in processing Base for those Brave Souls heading north into harms way. Ralph sent a reply to Terri and asked if there was anything that he could send over to help out. Terri quickly replied "A can of Kool Aid would be very nice!" Well, Ralph thought about it, got a case of Kool Aid and mailed it over. Terri received it and was amazed that she had gotten this from someone she didn't even know, but that could tell there was a need for a group to come together and show support and caring for the Troops. He posted in the Midwest FORUMS for assistance in putting together Kool Aid care packages to send to Terri. Within a few hours, 50 replies came back to Ralph offering assistance in buying, mailing and sending funds for the high postage that would be involved with this, well, project... a project that needed a name... so in Late August, 2003 Operation Kool Aide was born!

Every chance I get I'll go to the bank and get singles. I'm known for having singles so often that a lot of merchants will ask me for some if they are short. Right know I am No. 2 in Ohio. I average about 5,000 bills each month of various denominations and will stamp them all. I try and use mostly good to better quality bills for their longer life span.  Every night I will enter as many bills as possible before putting them back into circulation. I have tried many different stamps but this one gets a lot of attention and praises. The design is simple and doesn't cover any of the bills real features. A word to the wise when stamping currency do not cover any of the security features on the bills especially the portrait.  All vending machines will look at the portrait for counterfeit detection plus it won't make the return trip out of the Federal Reserve Banks.
